It is possible to change the 'from' email address that the welcome/activation email comes from to your corporation's email address 


 A benefit to you of this is that any queries go straight to your email address.

We do need your IT department to make a change to their DNS records in order to allow this - if we didn't do this extra step with your IT team then the email could look like it is a junk or spam email.

Please be aware that if your domain has been marked as 'not safe' or 'junk' by previous recipients, this could affect the number of users receiving Welcome emails straight away.

We would always recommend once the email is set up, testing sending an email to a Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo address to see whether the email goes to your inbox or not.
