1.When logged in please select the “Dashboard” drop down by clicking on My Account:

2. Please click on Exhibitors, either on the left hand menu or in the overview page:
3. On the Exhibitors screen please search for your exhibiting company. When found, please click on "Users":
4. Please click on 'edit' once you have found the user you would like to look into further:
5. Please scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see the Registration status and the Activation sent time:
6. If a user has logged in, their status will be Approved, if they haven't it will show as Pending.
