1. When you log in to the manual you come directly to the Welcome page. In the right hand corner please click where it says ‘my Account’.

2. The second page you will see is sub titled ‘Manage’ please click on the third option that says ‘Manage Users’:

3. You are now in the ‘Manage User’ page, please click on the right hand side where it says ‘Add User’:

4. Once you have clicked Add User, this will take you to the page below and allow you to add your contractor or admin assistant’s details. Once you have completed this section press ok.

5. This will take you back to the ‘Manage User’ page, where you just need to press ‘Save’ and this will send the welcome email to the contractor/admin user, which will allow them to set up their own password and access the manual.
