1.When logged in please select the “Dashboard” drop down by clicking on My Account:



Please select Dashboard:

2. Please click on Exhibitors, either on the left hand menu or in the overview page:

3. On the Exhibitors screen please search for your exhibiting company, you can edit the name and scroll down to press Save.


To change the exhibitor details, please click on "Users":

4. Please click on 'Edit' where you can update:


5. Here you can the user's first name or last name and change the roles assigned to that user and update their contact details. Scroll down for a few more options...

6. Here you are also able to see the status of a registration and when their activation email was sent (in GMT).

Should your exhibitor need to re-set their password you can do so by entering their email address in here.


Don't forget to hit Save! You will then be taken back to the Users screen.
